How information submitted through this website is used.
How we use it
KodeHub uses this information to review inquiries, communicate about workforce needs and coordinate vendor qualification. Site hosting providers process information necessary to operate and secure the website.
Portal records and documents
Authorized portal users can submit workforce requests, updates and requested employee documents. Request access is limited by account role and assignment. Employee documents are available to authorized HR and administrators and the employee they belong to. Documents are stored in private portal storage; they are not automatically sent to Google Drive.
Confidential information
Do not submit sensitive employee records through the public inquiry form. Use the employee portal only for documents requested by HR. Qualification documents are exchanged separately during vendor onboarding.
