We are looking for a highly skilled and persuasive Sales Representative who understands business challenges and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling pre-scheduled client meetings, identifying business needs, and closing deals by demonstrating the value of KodeHub’s services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled sales calls with potential clients (no cold calling required).
  • Present and sell KodeHub’s services, including web development, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, workforce outsourcing, and online training.
  • Analyze business needs and industry challenges to offer tailored digital solutions.
  • Handle objections professionally and guide potential clients toward making informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Manage sales activities in a CRM system, track interactions, and follow up consistently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.

Required Knowledge and Expertise

  • Web Development & IT Services – Knowledge of websites, e-commerce platforms, user experience (UX), and conversion optimization.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Understanding of how SEO improves visibility, rankings, and organic traffic for businesses.
  • Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC) – Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM) – Familiarity with organic and paid strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Workforce Outsourcing & Staffing Solutions – Understanding how offshore teams can help businesses scale cost-effectively.
  • Online Training & Business Development – Awareness of skill-building programs and how they benefit businesses and professionals.
  • Industry-Specific Digital Needs – Ability to identify pain points of businesses in different industries and recommend the right solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to identify business problems and provide solutions that align with KodeHub’s offerings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to confidently present services and address client concerns effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, video conferencing platforms, and proposal management software.

Work Schedule and Compensation

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Client books a time slot (Each slot is 30 minutes)
  • Compensation: Commissions Based
